The trails are a little off compared to the perspective, but otherwise very nice work!
+ Firstly, she was only REALLY a newbie, and so one should, even in a pony army, have somewhat more lee-way.
+ She was only doing what she had been ordered to do.
+ She had a great deal of potential.
- Admittedly, she was more reckless than is good, but as said earlier, she is in fact, a newbie, and was probably out to impress her superiors.
- She did endanger the lives of civilians with her tornado
+ However, those civilians really should not have been there during training in the first place. That's like taking a walk through a shooting range during live ammo fire practice, and that was therefore events beyond her control.
+ It was her first offence, and considering the potential she showed, it seems harsh to toss her aside so quickly.
- She did endanger the lives of her fellow recruits, however, again, she was trying to impress, and at the end of the day, none of them were actually seriously injured.
That's all I can think of right now, but still.
